Investment Compartment A:

- 5.81% p.a. on $, exceeding its annualised target return of 5% and
- 4.49% p.a. on €, exceeding its annualised target return of 4%
Investment Compartment B:
- 6.93% p.a. on £, exceeding its annualised target return of 6%
- 6.78% p.a. on $, exceeding its annualised target return of 6% and
- 5.23% p.a. on €, exceeding its annualised target return of 5%
Compartment C: The newest addition of the London Credit Fund
Following a strong Q1 performance across Compartments A and B, we are excited to highlight the recent launch of Investment Compartment C; a new sub-fund, which focuses on short-term lending, predominantly for a combination of residential refurbishments, conversions, and developments.
Compartment C stands apart by targeting annualised returns of 6-7% for Euro unitholders and 7-8% for GBP and USD unitholders, while preserving liquidity and maintaining robust risk controls.
