As part of its ongoing growth strategy, Consulco has strengthened its Real Estate Development team by hiring two seasoned professionals, Jake McCausland and Rob Hammond. Both bring extensive expertise in UK Real Estate Development Industry, further enhancing the firm’s ability to deliver tailored investment opportunities in this sector.
Along with strengthening its Real Estate Team, Consulco has also expanded its Loan Origination Team. The recent addition of Wesley Hawthorn and Drena Gashi as Business Development Managers will play a pivotal role in driving new business and expanding the firm’s loan portfolio. Their industry experience will contribute significantly to growing Consulco’s market presence.

The LC London Credit AIF V.C.I.C. Public LTD (“the Fund”), managed by Consulco Capital Ltd, is a private equity fund licensed and regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC).
