Consulco’s LC London Credit AIF V.C.I.C. Public LTD (“the London Credit Fund”) is a private equity fund, licensed and regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) under License Number AIF50/2018, and operates as an open-ended umbrella alternative investment fund. Through its subsidiaries, the Fund offers investors the opportunity to invest in London property-secured lending, targeting high returns. Since its launch in February 2021, the Fund’s assets under management (AUM) have grown to €65+ million.

The Fund is addressed to professional and/or well-informed investors with a minimum subscription amount of €125,000. Among the unitholders of the London Credit Fund are Provident and Pension Funds, Companies, Banks, Insurance Companies and Well-Informed Investors.

Compartment C of the London Credit Fund, through its subsidiaries, participates in short-term lending, primarily targeting residential refurbishments, conversions, and development projects. These investments are strategically positioned in regions with strong growth potential, such as Greater London and other major UK cities.

Over the course with Consulco has successfully raised more than £50million in assets under management playing a key role in expanding firm’s fund portfolio and investor base.
Michael graduated from Webber International University in FL, USA with a BSc in Business Administration and with a Master of Arts in International Business from Webster University, St. Louis, Missouri. He also holds a US certificate of International Property Specialist and the CYSEC Advance certificate of Investment Advise.

Evangelia Kapnistou

Evangelia is a former Banker with over 27 years of experience in International Banking, Wealth Management and Client Relationship Management.
Evangelia has a very deep understanding of the regulatory and credit industries and their impact on International Structures, including discerned client relationships. She is a business professional with diverse experience poised to transition solid background in Financial Services with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills leading to building extraordinary and lasting business relationships with clients.

Stavros Zakos
Area Manager, Larnaca
Stavros Zakos is an experienced Business Development Manager at Consulco. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master’s in Financial Risk and Investment Analysis from the University of Sussex, United Kingdom.
Since joining Consulco, Stavros has worked in the company’s London office since 2019, where he gained comprehensive knowledge of the product development process and regulatory procedures. This hands-on experience has given him a deep understanding of the intricacies involved in managing and delivering regulated financial products. As a key member of Consulco’s Business Development team, Stavros is responsible for identifying potential investors and securing funding for the company’s portfolio of products, contributing significantly to its growth and expansion.

Xanthos brings over three decades of experience in business development, international marketing and operations across a wide range of industries.
Xanthos holds a Master of Business Administration in International Marketing from Long Island University and has been a dedicated member of the Board of Directors of the Limassol Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He is also a founder and former member of the ROTARY Club of Limassol Kourion. His extensive expertise in navigating local and foreign markets, particularly in East Africa, the Gulf, the Middle East, and Southeastern Europe, makes him an invaluable addition to our team.
